In a good turn of events despite the continuous insecurity in Berom land and beyond, the national leadership of the Berom Youths Moulder-Association (BYM) being led by Barr. Dalyop Solomon Mwantiri has been commended for the delivery of a sum of  ₦10 Million funds donated through its (BYM’s bank account) by His Excellency, Right Honourable Tajudeed Abbas, the Honourable Speaker of Nigera National 10th Assembly to be administered to recent crisis affected communities.

Receiving the money on Friday, 1st August, 2025 at the Palace of Gwom Rwey Riyom were the Council Chairman, Hon. Sati Suwa alongside members of the traditional council, leadership of Community Development Associations, Youths Leaders, Women, PYC, BECO and BYM amongst other stakeholders Riyom LGA, who appreciated the Honourable Speaker for the donation that came through the patriotic representation of Hon Fom Dalyop (aka Sanchos), whose legislative engagement has continued to be impactful in the life of his subjects.

Upon the receipt of the donated sum, Hon Sati Suwa expresses his immense gratitude to the Hon Speaker of the House of Representatives for remembering crisis affected villages and communities of Riyom LGA . In the same vein, HRH Da Samuel Jok, the Dagwom Rwey of Riyom similarly extends his overwhelming heartfelt commendation over the gesture as the duo promised to judiciously use/extend same to the right beneficiaries fairly.

The BYM President appreciated Right Honourable Speaker Tajudeen Abbas for the deeming trust reposed in the Berom Youths Moulder-Association by sending such a sum into its account for onward delivery, which has been done. Thus, the leadership wishes to immeasurably appreciate the Honourable Speaker and member reprinting the Good people of Riyom/Barkin Ladi Federal Constituency for lobbying to attract the gesture, which has further demonstrated a show of love and concern over the humanitarian situation of surviving families of affected people in the general area.

The BYM is using this medium to plead for more of this in order to attend to the critical needs of the people, whose situations keep worsening on daily bases as the enemies of humanity remain obdurate in their terror inclination.
