From information locally sourced this morning, Mr. Cephas Dauda was shot deaf while many houses were razed down by the attackers.
In another related development at about 6:30pm shortly before Zirshe village was invaded, suspected Fulani militias ambushed and killed 3 natives of Irigwe ethnic extraction on their way home from Ri-bakwa to Rikwe-Chongu area. Those are- 1. Ezekiel Maja 29yrs;

  1. Emmanuel Agaba 30ys; and
  2. Moses Daburu 26ys, while Mr. Bitrus Ezeh 42ys sustained injury on his right leg and is presently on admission at Enos hospital Maiyago.

The terrible experience “came to us as a shock, this is because, after sourcing out local intelligence and accordingly disseminated to the appropriate authorities for necessary actions in order to avert the hostilities of the armed Fulani, but no step taken to that effect,” said an anonymous source lamenting the state of utter neglect to the impunity atrocities of the Fulanis.
