At about 5:00pm of 4th October, 2023, one Mr. Bitrus Badung Zam, aged 43 was ambushed, and hacked seriously by Fulani Militias in the nearby bush of Mere village of Rahoss Community, Riyom LGA, and have been rushed by security agents to Vom Christian Hospital.
The victim and his colleague, Mr Dachung Davou are said to have been returning from farm, unknown to them that Fulani Militias, who were grazing around, had laid ambushed, which resulted to serious injuries sustained.
