The Berom Youths Moulders Association (BYM) Bachi district is shattered by the brutal murder of Mr. Badung Sunday Alamba, a son of Rachi, Bachi District, cut down by suspected Fulani militias yesterday night, April 5, 2026. Our hearts weep for his family, friends, and community.

The BYM Chairman, Bachi District, pleads with residents to remain calm, as tears flow and anger simmers. We condemn this atrocity and cry out for justice. We implore the government and security forces to act swiftly, to protect us, and to bring the perpetrators to justice.

Dear youths, hold on to life, it’s precious. We’re in a dark hour, let’s clove together and prioritize peace. To the government, we beg: ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Stop the senseless killings! For we can allow our people to be killed on a daily basis.

We stand with the Alamba family, Rachi community, and all who mourn. Let’s maintain peace, and let the authorities work.
